and social occasions. Our building is conveniently located
only 10 miles from Evergreen and 15 miles from C-470 and
Highway 285 in Conifer on Kitty Drive (behind the Staples/True
Value Hardware.)

square feet of lease space in a new rustic log and
stucco styled mountain building, located in a tranquil
forested environment. There are 5 units, each with
separate entrances and parking adjacent to the office
doors. The building is on a paved road with easy access. |
Community Rental Space
The rental rooms feature 2,300 square feet of attractive
rental space which includes a slate tiled entry, majestic
log staircase, and log ceiling supports that frame
the entrance. Rental space may include a fireplace,
a full kitchen, and access to an outdoor patio. |

- Conifer Rotary Room
- adjoins the Tollotson Community Room and features a
floor to ceiling fireplace; rooms can be separated by
a semi-sound proof moveable curtain; seats 30-45*
- Outdoor Patio - Adjoins
the Community and Rotary Rooms and is over 300 sqare feet
- Painter Volunteer Center
- seats up to 20 people and works well for business meetings
- Kitchen - catering
friendly, featuring an upright refridgerator, warming
oven, dishwasher, microwave, and 4-burner electric range/
gas oven.
